★ ★ ★ ★ ★ مجوهرات رديئه حلق انكسر عندي وخاتم ينكسر والماس يطيح ورفضو اني اصلحه ببلاش رغم انه المشكله مشكلت جوده مجوهراتهم الرديئه ، وخدمه عملاء جداً سيئه واستغلال العميل بطريقه مقرفه جداً!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ كواليتي سيء ثلاث اشياء اخذتها منكم وتنكسر او تطيح حبات الالماس وارجعها لهم ويطلبون مبلغ للتصليح اول مره بحياتي اشتري مجوهرات او ذهب ويطلبون مبلغ لتصليح منتجاتهم+خدمة عملاء سيئه ? تجربه فاشله معاهم
الواحد يبغى يدعم اولاد البلد لكن مو على حسابي لازم يشوف الكواليتي والخدمه
الاسعار مرتفعه ماتستاهل مقابل الديزاين اللبناني والجوده!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ اسواء خدمة ما بعد البيع. ما انصح احد يشتري منهم جودة سيئه تعامل اسواء تدفعين مبلغ بالاخير يطيح الالماس من القطعه فوق ال ٤ مرات!!!!!
Worst after-sales service. I would not advise anyone to buy from them bad quality, worse treatment, you pay an amount in the end, the diamond will be removed from the piece more than 4 times!!!!!
