★ ★ ★ ★ ★ حضرت العيادة من أجل الدكتورة نوال فقط وكانت ونعم الدكتورة لكن بعد طلبها مني مجموعة من التحاليل لاتخاذ القرار فقط بصرف الدواء من عدمه خلال موعد المراجعة القادم طلبت مباشرة من العيادة تأجيل موعدي المراجعة إن أمكن لوجود ظروف ستؤخّر التحاليل وحتى لا أضطر للدفع من جديد ووافقوا ولدي مايثبت في المحادثة على الواتس أب ويبدو في كلا المرتين أتاني الرد من موظفتين مختلفتين ولِكُلٍّ دَلْوَه! ..
المهم بعد عملي للتحاليل ذهبت فقط حتى أحصل على قرار صرف الدواء من عدمه فطلبوا كشفية فذكرتهم بالمحادثة أنكروها وكان أسلوب الموظفة سيء جدا وبعدما شاهدت المحادثة بنفسها بدأت باستخدام أسلوب آخر وتغيير في فحوى الكلام وكلّمي الإدارة ستعطيك نفس الجواب بضحكة وطريقة مستفزة لو كانت بطريقة أخرى واحتواء للموضوع ربما قبلت، لن أعود إليهم بالطبع ولن أدفع وقد وعدت منهم ..
والمطلوب الان فقط استخدمي الدواء بالمقدار الفلاني أو لا تستخدميه وليست لدي مشكلة فمن حقهم الحصول على الكشفية حتى لو كان المقدم منهم كلمة واحدة لكن الفكرة في إخلال الاتفاق وإنكاره والأسلوب السيء .
أدنى درجات الاهتمام والحرص على الاعتذار في حال الخطأ أمران مهمّان جدا، لن أنصح بهذا المكان أبدا .. النجمتين للدكتورة نوال .

The important thing is that after doing the tests, I only went until I got a decision to dispense the medicine or not, so they asked a scout, so I reminded them of the conversation, they denied it, and the employee’s style was very bad, and after I watched the conversation herself, I started using another method and a change in the content of the speech and talk to the administration. It will give you the same answer with a laugh and a provocative way if it was in another way and contain the topic Maybe I accepted, I will not go back to them of course and I will not pay and I promised them..
What is required now is only to use the drug in the same amount or not, and I do not have a problem. It is their right to get a scout, even if the one offered by them is one word, but the idea is to violate the agreement and deny it and the bad method.
The lowest degree of attention and keenness to apologize in the event of a mistake are very important, and I will never recommend this place.. Two stars for Dr. Nawal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Couple years ago this clinic damaged my face by giving me injection into my cheek, which made a hole, a big one.. I still have this atrophic scar, thanks to this clinic.. I do not recommend it at all.
