Won’t even offer water to the guests

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Certainly a nice compound, with a diverse background of residents. Nice gym, restaurant with good food. Thursday nite is international menu nite with a theme (Mexican, Italian, Indian,dare I say British cuisine.!?). The facility’s staff is quite courteous and helpful. My only put down is when moving in, numerous outside workers repeatedly stopping by and asking for extra back yard service for additional monies (front yard is already provided by Seder) and also washing car and asking additional money to cut the backyard grass which they always water!
Nonetheless this is a very good choice and you won’t go wrong renting here, families reside here and nice to see kids outside playing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best residential compounds in Riyadh, spacious and beautiful landscaping, lots of green areas and lots of big trees, no high buildings except some new sections where 2 stories only, huge pool and closed basketball court and open tennis courts, newly opened a nice Italian restaurant named La Pugutina, highly recommended for families

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seder Village Compound provides a much needed sense of normality in a vastly culturally different city. If you are accustomed to a western suburban lifestyle you will definitely enjoy the home away from home feel that it provides. The compound is excellently managed and very well maintained, with lovely landscaped gardens, a restaurant offering a variety of meals and a convenience store right on your doorstep. The beautiful blue swimming pools provide a much needed escape from the sometimes scorching heat of the desert and the friendly people make you feel right at home.
