A living space developed for families more than bachelors. But there is a healthy balance between the two

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We lived on Ishbillia compound for 2 years. It is a lovely compound with colourful and ever changing, well kept garden areas. They have an excellent maintenance team who attend any repairs to the villa, mostly on the same day. They have an extra advantage of a fenced off dog park which is a superb feature and quite rare in compounds. We had a lovely well maintained villa with a generous private garden and our own well maintained pool. All the staff are friendly and are always prepared to go that extra mile. Anyone moving to Riyadh we would highly recommend Ishbillia as your chosen abode. X

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ House are very nice and good, the rest of the compound need shadow, they don't allow the trees to grow so difficult to walk in summer, before it was a restaurant but they close to open a new one and 2 months later still nothing. Another good point is maintenance is very good, they have warm pool for the winter, and they used to do many activities for kids and some also for adults entertainment, cafeteria, Starbucks and tamiminmarket i.inside
