★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a wonderful, westernized compound that includes culture from all over the world in an extremely safe and family or couple-friendly environment. The amenities, such as the large outdoor pool and lounging area, and exercise facilities are very nice. The central facility boasts several cafe/kiosks, with lovely lounging groupings and table areas to enjoy coffee with the ladies.
The compound has a cozy neighborhood feel and the residents reach out to each other in supportive ways. Their exercise facilities and classes support many fitness desires such as yoga, cycling, weightlifting, swimming, aerobics, and a regular workout gym with everything you could need. The compound has several WhatsApp groups for the ladies, the men, for diverse exercise classes, ladies ‘or gentlemen’s events and fun, children’s activities, and so on. There is even a fun room for young children and an area for teens to play games or visit. You can also start your own community initiative get-togethers on the compound. In the last year the recent addition to staff has been a plus and residents are seeing lots of care and concern for resident desires.
The compound has once a month social activities (even more often) it has a great hall, and a nice tiered theater that seats about 12 people (I think more) in large theater seats. Kids can sit in beanbags. There are also gift shops, a central grocer market, mail room, laundry and tailor services, and a small library. If you want to order a taxi, someone is always available for schedule.
There is also a beauty salon in the central facilities. I forgot to mention the racquetball and tennis courts, bowling alley and table tennis, as well. With all of this, you may wonder, “What is the compound lacking?” That’s a good question! It’s definitely worth the look.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to the compound with my wife and agreed about the place and rental price.. for 2 days going from my current compond to their 45 min and after all of that they say sorry the rental officer in charge not in town and we can’t do contract !!! Why then wasting our time and invite us to see .. extremely bad customer service!! Don’t trust such management !
