★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A wonderful and organized place from door to door ?
Ben there for the sky sales mini shop. They do have a global brands. Perfumes demand products quality but now days maybe ? they do have lots more traffic than before. That’s why the shelves was almost empty.
But unfortunately the brands are still having the same shape and quality.
I just do recommend them to keep it always full. And clean ? from dusty shelves.
I wish them best of luck ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saudia airlines with quarantine hotels package are a scam !
I booked a quarantine package to be able to come to Saudi Arabia , package included multiple hotels and i chose a good hotel with good review but they transferred us into a really bad hotel ( Vivid Plaza hotel )
This one is very disgusting with very bad reviews , I really don't understand how a huge company that represents the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia puts its visitors in a hotel that has absolutely no indication of being a hotel , hotel should be shut down or get a better staff with knowledge to the sense of being HUMAN !!!!

the best airline to test your patience would be saudia, seems like they’re sleeping on the phone lines.

They told me the process will be 75 days but more than 75 days passed, still I didnt receive any refund. i went to their office several times and they kept telling me to complain to their website.. so what’s the duty and responsibility of the people in this office? Just to type the concern and that’s it?? Very rude people

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst airline to deal with. They don't call back as promised. They don't answer emails and when you try to call customer relations no one answers and the line hangs up. We have called 4 times to try to change a flight and every time they say they will call back and they don't!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I want to share my worst experience with Paris airport ground services and Saudi Arabia Airlines. I arrived to Paris airport at 13.00 on 19th November
On the same day at 22.00 I had a flight to Jeddah (flight # 3126) with Saudi Arabia Airlines. Initially, the departure was from Terminal 2E gate L 44, then without the announcement - L 48. Arriving at gate L 48, it was indicated that departure changed again and now from gate L 33. Arriving at gate L 33, it was indicated that the departure would be on time from this gate. There were no announcements in the terminal.
At the same time, other information boards were showing that the departure was from gate L 48. The boarding has already begun. Many passengers fled from gate L 33 to gate L 48.
At the same time, these mistakes were pointed out to the employees of the Saudi Arabia Airlines at gate 48. But Saudi Arabia Airlines employees were using mobile phones, talking between each other, laughing. As a result of this attitude passengers were running between the gates during the boarding time, luggage of some passengers were lost or delayed.
The embarkation was organised like a disaster. Crowd, no social distance, total mess.
At the same time, I want to indicate that the onboard service on the Saudi Arabia was excellent. The crew was very friendly, professional and helpful!
