โ โ โ โ โ Never answered the phone. No customer support or instructions or guidelines during corona crisis. Not even SMS updating traveller about flights cancellation. Can not cancel reservation thru the website. You have to visit their office to cancel.Worst service ever.

โ โ โ โ โ I don't take air india flight in future, even free of cost. Very roud behave in flight. Service also very bad. I lost my luggage at flight AI931 on 2nd Jan from LKO-BOM-JED. Still no any information about my checked luggage bag Tag No AI770279.
