In contrast to other reviewers, I have nothing but good to say of my experience. I arrived only 40 minutes before closing time, expecting a Q as per other reviews. Alhamdulillah I was the only customer! So Mr Ali was able to give me 100% of his attention, WITHOUT any glancing at his watch or hurrying me in any way. Thank you Mr Ali. I have booked my EK ticket.
