EHME provides i) end to end hospitality consulting services including highest and best use analysis, advice on market positioning, budget reviews, operator selection, facilitating negotiation of agreements with operators, and ii) hotel asset management services to its clients which include operational reviews of operator’s performance, owner representative services, and monitoring of compliance of hotel management contracts. Equinox Development Management Services (“EQDMS”) does provide the tailored approach for execution of mega real estate development projects. EQDMS encompass services related to project specific development and phasing strategy, master plan reviews, reviewing various financing mechanisms for development and operational management services including sourcing and securing of facility management companies. As of May 2016, CHME a sister company of Equinox is an exclusive licensee of Choice Hotels International, Inc.in the Middle East. Initially, CHME will introduce 4 of the 15 brands of CHOICE Hotels. The hotel industry has undergone fundamental structural changes over the last two decades. Hotels are now owned by a diverse range of investors, while operators much prefer to focus on management only.
