★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We visited 28 RAMADAN,10TH MAY 2021,First impression was WOW, decor, ambiance, lighting, absolutely fantastic, felt as if I entered cheesfactory restaurant at TAHLIA, waiters were in black and white uniforms reprasentable, respectful and polite, but disappointing and upsetting was, men and ladies toilets were still under construction , party hall was narow and stuffy, FOOD was soso, we ordered chicken ginger, but it was taste less chicken jal farezi, barbecue mix plater was beef and chicken kababs , i had better mix plater in taste and quantity at JAMEEL PAKISTANI RESTAURANT JEDDAH AZIZIA, and roti, disappointingly was dry and hard, I had to request fresh hot roti two or more times. My humble request is to improve food quality and taste, BISS MILL ALLAH TABARAK AR RAHMAN, you have best location, fabulous interior , better get best chef's too. JAZA KUM ALLAH KHAIR.
2nd visit, 4july 2021, WOW, HALEEM BUCKET, is so tastefully delicious, butter nan was non buttery, yummy yummy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not an experience to be repeated, parking is a problem to start with, customer interaction is a bigger problem (the manager needs serious schooling on it). Thirdly, food is just average (nothing to write home about).
Adding to my review after your response, I never asked for a discount. Thus the manager has given you wrong information. They need to learn customer dealing, for your business to do good.

Food was good. Specially the spices were well balanced. Interior was remarkable. Ambiance was perfect. Table Service was very good. Waiter Mr. Adnan was well mannered, friendly and quick.

Meat Biryani Special.
Mixed Grill.
Balti Haleem.
Fish Masala Sizzling.
AlJadeed Special Soup.
Kashmir Tea.
Biryani is not like traditional Pakistani one. It's like international fusion type of Biryani.
Price is somehow reasonable.
Food Portion of dishes with respect to price should be reviewed.
It would be good if the food quantity per serving gets a bit increased.
Anyhow overall it was a good experience. I would like to go again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The restaurant has improved yet again. Initially when they started they were amazing, after covid I had faced service issues, however, my recent past two experiences with the restaurant were really good.
I wish they keep up well with their services as it is the only high end Pakistani restaurant in town with fair pricing and quality food.
