الخطوط السعودية غيرت موعد رحلتي من ثلاث الى الساعة الواحدة وحين وصولي اخبروني بفوات الرحلة بدون اشعار لي بتغيير الرحلة ومن العجب انهم طالبوني بتعويض وارجعو حجزي السابق الساعة الثالثة واقلعت على نفس موعدي ..بالله عليكم من وراء هذه الكواليس في التلاعب وسرقة الناس علناً ..الى الله المشتكى ولا حول ولا قوة الا بالله ..ومستعدة للإبلاغ وكل شئ موثق .هذه الخطوط السعودية وليست المرة لي سبق وفعلو معي نفس الحركة ودفعت زيادة لكي اتمكن من السفر ..

للأسف خطوط السعودية تجاربي معاها على كثرها من سيئة لأسوأ مع اني مصره على تغيير نظرتي لهم ولكن يؤسفني اقول، تعامل سيئ جدًا و خدمة العملاء صعب تلقى احد يرد عليك على اي استفسار. شاطرين ببيع التذاكر بسهوله و الموقع ذكي الى حد ما ولكن، على اسعارهم خدمه لو في اقل من نجمه حطيت. طبعًا مروا علي كم موظف ينعدون على الاصابع رائعين و قمة الرقي ولكن نادر وانت وحظك الاغلبيه كأنك جاي ببلاش ولا يمثلون السعودية و قيمها و ذرابة وطنا الغالي. كراسي و طيارات قديمة ولا تسوى القيمة المدفوعه، اكل تستحي تقدمه للحيوانات، تبديل الكراسي هذا عاد عد و اغلط وغير تأخير الرحلات ولخبطة البوابات على اخر لحظه او غيرها عطل في السيستم او الطياره تتأجل! خدمة العملاء بعد الحجز سلملي عليهم اذا لقيت احد يرد عليك. امس حاجزه رجعه من روما بزنس ترانزيت في ميلان و الطلعه على الرياض المشكلة وين الوصول الى روما من مطار و الإقلاع على الرياض من مطار ثاني يبعد ساعه تقريبًا عنه ( ما كان واضح الا بعد الحجز تفصيل الرحله من مطارين او ممكن اكون غبيه ولا فكرت ان في احد يرتب حجز زي كذا ) غير تكلفة الشنط الزائدة الي ما كان في مجال ازيدها مع الحجز و العفش بأقل و خيار التشيك ان غير متاح، طبعًا تدبلت و صارت مرتين ادفع و انزل عفشي ولا في من يدلك ولا يوصلك على المطار الثاني ولا تلقى احد تسأله دبر نفسك. غير مقعدي التلفزيون فيه عطلان و طلبت منهم اكثر من مره يصلحونه ولا القى الا تسليك وطناش من موظفين الطياره! شي محزن جدًا و بعد تجارب كثير قررت أنهم أسوا خطوط تعاملت معاها و رح يكون اخر ملجأ للضروره القسوى اني احجز معاهم. اتمنى لهم التطور للأفضل من كل النواحي و اتمنى من كل قلبي يتعلمون من أخطاءهم و أخطاء غيرهم و يتذكرون انهم يمثلون بلدنا!

Yesterday, he checked in back from Rome, a business transit in Milan and a flight to Riyadh. The problem is where to get to Rome from an airport and take off to Riyadh from a second airport, about an hour away from it (it was not clear until after booking the details of the flight from two airports, or maybe I'm stupid and I didn't think that Someone arranges a reservation like this) other than the cost of the extra bags, which was not in the way of increasing it with the reservation and the luggage for less and the option of the Czech Republic if it is not available, of course I changed and it became twice. manage yourself. It is very sad, and after many experiences, I decided that they are the worst lines I have dealt with, and it will be my last resort if it is absolutely necessary that I book with them. I wish them development for the better in all respects, and I hope with all my heart that they learn from their mistakes and the mistakes of others and remember that they represent our country!

One of the worst experience of my life to fly with this pathetic airline, this air line is full of corruption. Their luggage staff is corrupted from top-bottom. They charge you more than it is mentioned on their website. When asked about receipt, they didn't even give it to me and when you argue with them they say its gonna take time and you may miss the flight. Their staff handling boarding pass and checking luggage is totally unconcerned about the passengers rights and threatens to cancel your flight. I felt like I have been encircled by some looters and dacoits.
