It's the corporate headquarters with customer service on the ground. Employees mostly use the rear entrance. The parking is decent there.

Poor service. Flights are regularly delayed by more than 5 hours without an explanation. No airline representatives take responsibility for this. Would not recommend to anyone.

Worst company to deal with ever. They changed the flight timing, fine it happens. They don’t answer any call, messages, email, nothing. I’ve been waiting for my refund for 10 days, they just don’t answer.

Worst experience I have ever had over 20 years of travel - I cannot imagine how flynas is still running: there should be more audits and review of cases raised by customers. I do not recommend to fly with this company even if the prices were low - the service and customer care is as low as the price!

Feedback is going to be mostly about company in general. At time of the 2nd mini "lock down" when People can not come to Saudi through 20 banned countries , i came to ask office why they still sell the tickets to Riyadh for example from Istanbul or Dubai (both are in ban )? The answers i got are shocked! But it was honest answer. So here it is: - Yes we do sell tickets from banned countries to Saudi, but mostly it is only for medical workers. -So why don't you put a note on the websites that it is only for some specific categories of travelers? In this way you are confusing people and they loose money. - Well... That is their own responsibility, we don't have to mention every single reason on a statement of a ticket. Like we don't mention that passport should not be expired. And we dont refund money, only we can do is to keep it as a deposit on your account. After that i left... But! Answer was really honest! Preciate it! Airplanes are in a descent condition, which is really good. And BTW, i have no idea why, but front doors were closed that day and there was no sign that you need to enter frome the back side of the building.

First and last time i will ever book with Flynas. Both journeys were terrible. The first leg of my trip was delayed 3 times without any information. They changed our gate without warning/information. We eventually departed 2 hours and 15 mins later. Upon our return, the plane departed 2 hours and 30 mins later than scheduled. Upon arrival to Riyadh airport, there was a huge queue. We noticed that Flynas had all flights queued up together despite our flight being the earliest. We were in the queue until 45 mins before flight departure. This experience was insane! Many of us insisted they split the queues for check for the different flights based on timings, but nobody was being helpful. Eventually they decided to call passengers for another flight who were travelling at the same time as us. I was waiting on the side as my daughter was very uncomfortable in the big queue. Then a family invited me to queue with them because they saw me standing there for such a long time, and then eventually i was checked in 45 mins before my flights. My daughter and i then had to quickly run through the airport to make it to the gate on time. It was ridiculous! Once we made it to the gate thinking we were thinking going to miss the flight, we were then left to wait at the gate for almost 2 hours. Insane! Also, when we finally got on the plane, the electricity had cut for a few minutes. I've never experienced anything of the sort. People just laughed, but i was in shock. This will be my last time flying with Flynas!

DON’T RECOMMEND THIS AIRLINE, RUN FROM THEM THEY WILL MAKE YOU WAIST YOUR TIME, ENERGY AND MONEY. Very bad experience with Flynas flying for the first time and last. I have been stuck for 10 hours at the airport because the cabin crew didn’t show up. Regarding the treatment of passengers being treated in such shall received a compassion for this issue but you employees of the airline don’t care about the well-being and safety of passengers.
