★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Your employees are so rude and unprofessional. I came to the branch at 830pm and the closing time was 9pm yet the employee named Fahad on Jarir street branch made a big deal about it. He did not fill my addresses properly and if my packages do not deliver properly i will make sure i tell everyone that i can how poor your management is. Your employees are getting paid yet this is how they act during the working hours? Pathetic!

They follow 70s traditional system.
I've been coming back & forth for 5 consecutive days until now and still didn't receive my shipment just because of the poor customer quality and poor management.
One more thing to add .. there's no preventive COVID-19 procedure at all!

I sent my parcel through EMS but it took more than a month to reach India, after that the Indian Customs charged a heavy amount to clear my parcel even though there were only dates in it.
My advice avoid sending through them bcz they don’t provide you with any after sale support.
One positive side is best prices to ship locally and internationally.
