★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Earlier it deserved less than one star. Now we can give it 4 stars. After new improvements and new SPL system. It's very organized. Even the call center staff are very helpful. The new SPL application and website provide great services. It needs little more improvement but it's going on.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I choose for delivery when i renewed my driver license sept. 6 2021 10days on tracking its on central office now and till now im still waiting for there delivery but still not coming in there message they said 3 days of working days but still not. I goes to traffic office they said i need to wait only because if i get there i should pay for 100sar violation. REALLY BAD ???? i dont recommend to pay online for delivery of documents im planning to go there office and take my document they are not responding too ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a final exit and I sent my stuff through the saudi post. Half of my boxes arrived to my country and because of lack of details they sent it back to Saudi and the rest of my boxes, they sent it to a different country!!! I spent more than 5.000sar to send those boxes I have none with me ! I complained in the customer service and until now no one has replied me !! I’m very disappointed, I trusted them and I don’t even know what will happen with my stuff!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For me, it took only 5 mins. I ordered a watch online from Aliexpress
After few days I received a msg from Saudi post that my parcel is at the counter, saudi post, main office. I paid the custom (2 sar) online, printed the invoice and gave to the staff at the saudi post, who brought my item in just 2 mins.
In ramadan, i went there at 10 pm. It is open from 9pm to 3 am at night
The guard told me that it is also open in the morning 9 am to 3 pm

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The main entrance has changed since there is construction going on in front of it. The entrance is now a small backdoor entry at the end of the road. Service is slow but I think they are good people who work hard. Fees and taxes are paid on the ground floor whereas items are collected in the basement where you need to go down and turn left. I have attached the pictures which will hopefully guide you to the parcel pickup location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ TERRIBLE service. It’s baffling and embarrassing to extreme levels that they’re still carrying it on and not closing any time soon!
Every employee and head is throwing responsibilities onto the the other. Every one of them gave explanations that contradicted the other person’s. No accountability whatsoever. No double checking. No help.
They’re manipulative with their words and only want you to leave if you’re coming with a problem from their side.
Unless you fight your way through their manipulation and become a total Karen, you wouldn’t get your parcel or your issue solved.
Please just close it I’d rather pay the extra money to receive my parcel from other carriers.
It’s embarrassing, please do something about it….
