ويعطي معلومات ( من كيسه ) سألته عن قيمة الشحن هل تختلف من فرع لآخر فقال واثقا : نفس بعض و اتضح أنها تختلف ( مثلا فرع عنيزة أغلى من فرع بريدة بحوالي ٩٠ ريالا ) و تتأخر يوما
