★ ★ ★ ★ ★ اول شي عمال الاستقبال تعاملهم سيئ جداً وغسيل فاشل مع الاسف وثاني شي ياليت المشرف على المغسله يتأكد من مواعيد فتح المغسله واغلاقها مو معقول ايام تقفل 10:40 واحياناً تقفل 11:00 ومع العلم وقت الاغلاق 11:30
The first thing is the reception workers treat them very badly and the laundry fails, unfortunately. The second thing is that I would like the supervisor of the laundry to make sure of the opening and closing times of the laundry. It is not reasonable. Days close at 10:40 and sometimes they close at 11:00, knowing that the closing time is 11:30

واسعارها مقبوله خاصه بغسيل السجاد
Laundry is well known and clean work

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ تجربتي الوحيده سيئه مع المغسله دخلت عندهم فستان سهره فيه بقع شوكولاته ? الفستان سعره ١٩٠٠ وطلبت منهم ازالة البقعه لكن مع الاسف البقعه ما راحت وايضا الفستان قماشه تلف وتم تعويضي فقط مبلغ ٦٩٠ ريال وايضا مع اشتراط عدم تسليمي الفستان بعد تقريبا شهرين من رفع عدة الشكاوي لخدمة العملاء في المغسله تجربه ان تتكرر
My only bad experience with the laundry. I entered an evening dress with chocolate stains on them ? The dress is 1900 and I asked them to remove the stain, but unfortunately the stain did not go away and also the dress was damaged and I was compensated only for the amount of 690 riyals and also with the condition that I not deliver the dress after nearly two months of raising several complaints for the service Customers in the laundry are an experience to be repeated
