When it's good it's quite satisfactory (including immediate follow-up on package inquiry), when it's bad it's pretty objectively awful (including flat-out lies and people literally refusing to do their jobs for absolutely no reason). At least casual incompetence isn't really a thing?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The workers are slow and completely inefficient and have next to no idea on how to do their work. This review has been written after them making a mistake on my deliveries twice now.They don't know how to use the electronic customer number panels, although fully functional, so we have to stand in lines for 20-50 min to get a turn.
