Scarcity of good doctors,
Hospital staff not cooperative at all,
Rooms are big but service is poor,
Nursing staff do not know, how to give injection without pain,
Only good thing is Dr. Hassan the gynaecologist.
Apart from that, everything and everybody is poor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ THIS IS ONE OF THE WORST PLACES TO GET THE VACCINE! I had my appointment at 1 and its almost 2 and the line haven’t moved for 30 mins! I don’t recommend anyone to visit this hospital. One of the worst by far!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the best hospital in Assir province. You will get specialized and experienced doctors here. The people are really good and cooperative. Moreover, the hospital is assembled with high quality medical care services and equipments. However, the expense is really high in comparison to other hospitals in the area.

I called the call center to ask her if my insurance includs my babygirl (6 month) she said yes ..
when i came to hospital the reception girl surprise me that the 4 month vaccine will be cash around 600 riyal. + 200 for file and Doctor Scout because my insurance do not include my baby!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The doctors may be good but services are very bad and apaulling. I booked my appointment for 5pm, 2 days before and when i reported to hospital even at 4:45pm, the nurse is giving preference to walk in patients over ones with appointments. I got to see doctor at 7:30 only after I threatened to take action and nurse gave very rude responses even before my actions.. I drove from Jizan to this hospital because of its reputation, but there is no organization or rules here. Visit was very disappointing and frustrating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've visited this hospital for the past 4 Years more than 16 times, to be honest they are improving and trying to give better services every time, parking was kind of an issue and they improved that by a parking services by the main entrance and there is new underground parking under the new building.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wayback in 2018, together with our mudir, we visited one Egyptian colleague inside the hospital who met an accident and had broken ribs. We had took photos just outside the building before entrance to the patient room. I witnessed how caring and polite the staffs of the hospital. And, I had the chance to talk to one Filipino staff inside regarding the situation of our colleague.
