Your staff supposed to stay at their office at 12:30 PM but when I reached the Tamwily office at 12:00 the door was locked and when I asked to another employee he said he just leave. Is there some kind of check on who leaves when? You should make fingerprint attandence system and make employee stay their office during official timing.
