لكن مستوى الخدمة والتعامل مع العملاء يسوء ولا فيه تعاون وبشاشة وترحيب بالزبون وخصوصًا العميل.
يحتاج للموظفين وخصوصًا الأجانب تطوير في مهارات التعامل مع العملاء.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ سياسة الارجاع عندهم غريبه ومتخلفه الله يعين اللي يشتري من عندهم ويزيد عليه البلاط والا ينقص
اشتريت بلاط وزاد عليه نوع منه وحملته في ونش ورجعه وارسلي صورة المرتجع رساله واتس واروح عندهم قالوا لازم اصل المستند او تحويل على البنك يجلس 14 يوم وللاسف مديرهم غير متعاون نهائيا تخلف في الاجراءات ونقص عليه بلاط من نوع ثاني جلست 10 ايام انتظر ( اللي يحصل عند غيرهم ابرك له واحسن )

I bought a tile and a type of it was added to it and I carried it in a winch and returned it and sent a photo of the return a WhatsApp message and went to them. They said I need the original document or a transfer to the bank. It sits for 14 days. Unfortunately, their manager is not cooperative at all. ١ الكرسي العربي صغير ويبقى الأثر عليه وتمنيت لو خسرت كثير ولا اشتريته منهم
٢ عطوني الافرنجي ما يركب الغطاء مع الي اجلس عليه وجبت كم من سباك وطلع الخراب من نفس المنتج
٣ البزابيز يبان فيها الأثر وأيضا حق الدشوش عليه صدى والله ما قد كملت ٥ شهور
٤ قالوا ضمان ٥ سنوات وانقطع إلى وقالوا ليس في الضمان
٥ بزبوز المطبخ اشتريته منهم تقريبا ٨٠٠ ريال والله وما يطلع موية زي الناس
والله لو استقبلت من أمري ما استدبرت ما اشتري منهم ولكن قدر الله وما شاء فعل وحسبنا الله ونعم الوكيل

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ رائع متنوع والأسعار تختلف حسب الصناعه ولكن في وقت العروض الأسعار لا بأس بها.. مرتب وكبير جدا. وتصميم تشكيلة الحمامات المعروضه في المحل أعزكم الله جميله جدا. نحتاج اضافة المزيد من الخيارات. وأتمنى أن تكون الصاله أكبر حتى تستوعب نوعيات أكثر من السيراميك. كم أتمنى اضافة خيارات باركيه وأوراق جدران جديده..
