★ ★ ★ ★ ★ الموظفين يتمتعون باخلاق وتعامل حسن وخصوصا الأخ سعد الماجد تعامله راقي ومتفهم والطلبات كانت واضحة وميسرة ولكن يعيب موقع الشركة عدم توفر مواقف كافية حيث اضطررت للوقوف بعيدا على بعد حوالي ١ كم
 The staff have good manners and good behavior, especially brother Saad Al-Majed, his dealings are sophisticated and understanding, and the requests were clear and easy, but the company’s website is flawed by the lack of sufficient parking, as I had to stand far away, about 1 km away

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ تعامل رائع صراحة . نصيحة قبل لتجي جهز المتطلبات هذي واختصر على نفسك الوقت (صورة من الهوية المالك والمستخدم للسيارة +صورةالاستمارة+صورة الآيبان - تقرير اضرار تقدير- نموذج طلب تقدير اضرار الي فيه الرسم الكروكي )✅ وبعدها يعطوك نموذج تعبيه وصل الله وسلم على نبينا محمد
Absolutely wonderful interaction. Advice, before you come, prepare these requirements and shorten the time for yourself (a copy of the ID of the owner and user of the car + a copy of the form + a copy of the IBAN - an assessment damage report - a damage assessment request form that has the sketch) ✅ and then they will give you a filling form.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ خدمة سيئة انتظر فوق ال ٢٠ دقيقة ولما كلمت المدير يقولي بنحل الموضوع ويسحب عليي والموظفين اغلبهم قاعدين لا شغل ولا مشغلة اذا مو قد انكم تفتحون تأمين وتشتغلون قفلوا احسن ما تعطلون الناس ! وحتى الموقع معلق ولا قادرة ارفع المطالبة !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ اسوء شركة تأمين طبي ممكن يمر عليكم.. فريق طبي نصاااااب الله لا يسامحهم. بدون اي مبالغه كل شي ممكن اي دكتور اروح عليه و يطلبو مني من صور او تحاليل لازم تنرفض لازم عمري ما طلبلي الدكتور شي الا رفضوه و نحن فئه عاليه عندهم الله لا يسامحهم لازم اتعذب كل مره و تتعسر اموري بسبب ملاحقتهم. كل طلب بينرفض الف مره و نعمل مشاكل و شكاوي حتى يردون و بعدين يحولنا لرأي تاني كل مره هل معقول هذا الشي؟
The worst medical insurance company that can pass you by..a team of medical professionals, may God not forgive them. Without any exaggeration, it is possible for any doctor to go to him and ask me for pictures or analyzes that must be rejected. The doctor has never asked me for anything but they rejected it, and we are a high class with them. God does not forgive them. I must be tortured every time and my affairs become difficult because of their pursuit. Every request is rejected a thousand times and we create problems and complaints until they respond and then turn us to a second opinion every time. Is this reasonable?
