★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lack of staff in almost all sections, lack of professionalism
Very slow and unprofessional service
Going for a smaller clinic is a better option than Sanad

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service providers by receptionist. Even after having appointments they are forcing patients to take slips and wait in the queue.
Almost everyone in reception busy on their personal calls or discussions.
Sanad hospital management should provide professional training to handle reception.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I saw 3 visitors misbehaving with hospital staff...
Reaction they all gave were reasonable to what happened with them... Hospital supervisory is sleeping and all the staff is functioning by its own terms and timings.. Our doctor ran away informing us thru attendant that he saw our reports and wrote medication before we reach his office from basement xray room... This shows how promising and responsible Aster Sanad Doctors are regarding their work timings instead of patients....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst hospital ever. They are earning haram money for them and their kids. Dr. Magdy Salama (ENT) is a fraud, went to him for ear pain and he sent me for hearing test before listening to me completely just to get money for hospital. I told him that I never had hearing problem but didn’t listen.
After my test results come fine instead of giving me medicine for ear he prescribed multi vitamins capsules which is not cover by insurance and cost me 150 SR. He made sure that I purchase that medicine and told me to come back after purchasing that medicine from hospital pharmacy so he can tell me other medication but when i went to him with multi vitamin capsules he said this is the only capsules you need and no need for treatment.
Clearly he want me spend money on hospital pharmacy and for hearing test for just get his commission.
