T	Tanya Abdur-Rahman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hospital atmosphere is nice. The doctors are thorough and very kind. The nursing staff needs to work on their bedside manner. There were some nurses that were quite harsh with the patient directly after major surgery. The cleaning staff was not bothersome but efficient in their work.

Took my daughter to emergency cuz she had eye trauma they didn’t know what to do eventually a completely illiterate doctor came to see her didn’t have the medication needed to check eye trauma. They should be be closed down permanently
M	Mazhar Iqbal on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experience with Dr Mohammad deeb pediatric consultant was very bed. I came and take oppointment at 6:30pm. My number came at 09:30 pm. My sone age 3 years 3 months was sick and high fever. We wait in cold waiting area with my son sensitive condition and when my turn come. He just give us only 2 or 3 months and say yallah yallah. His behaviours was very bed.Also he prescribed Fevadol plus tablet for my sone age 3 years. This guy must be punished and he need training to deal equally all the patient. Let hospital trained the doctors to deal the patient as humans not animals.
m	mustafa Aksoy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Low quality service Their systems have too much problem. In every section such as pharmacy, radiology , approval office you have to wait apprx 1 hour. Their complaint system nobody cares it Generally, they were really good to service but they somehow lowered themselves in the quality range. You hear the word "wait" most time from most stuff and feom different sections. This wait sometimes means 1 hour sometimes it can reach to 2-2.5 hours especially in pharmacy. In picture: The time this photo taken was 16:08. And called number in last window was 108. I left at 17:10.
H	Hanna York on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Hospital is really clean and they have a very good doctors . They just need to improve their staff and receptionist’s customer service more. Pharamacy is too slow and many times has only one pharmacist serving long queue !! It may take you 30 - 40 minutes to get your prescription.

The personnel both at Pedia and main pharmacy really feel like are forced to do their job against their will. They make you feel as if they are giving you a favor by entertaining you. Insurance approvals take ages to send from hospital end and if there is a query or rejection from insurance the follow up is bad. They really need to work on communication training. It's bad.
H	Hana Fares on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst hospital! I went because my insurance was changed. The system was the worst I’ve been. No organization in the laboratory especially. I had my lab tests and after few days called them so many times because the results were not on the app. I tried to call them so many times, nobody answered. I filed 4 complaints and nobody even solved it. My lab test result was very important and I needed to see it asap. I remember one of the customer service operators even told me to go to the hospital laboratory and check it myself. How rude was that! I have decided to pay extra money just so I can upgrade my insurance and go to a better hospital. I will never go back!
