★ ★ ★ ★ ★ حصلت عندهم باقه جاهزه وطلبت يصلحون نفسها بس بألوان مختلفه، لما رجعت حصلتهم مسوين باقة مختلفة الشكل تماماً وسيئه وبسعر اغلى ويقول اساساً انا ماقلتلك هذا السعر! ولما سألته ليش غير الشكل يقول انا ابدعتلك وسويتلك فكره احلى!
تعاملهم غير احترافي ابدا وماعندهم فواتير!
لما اعطيته الهديه عشان يغلفها قلتله عطني فاتوره لاني بروح وارجع قال مايحتاج ولما اصريت كتبلي بورقه عاديه بس فيها شعار المحل !!
ماارجع للمحل بالرغم من موقعه المناسب لي!
I got a ready-made package from them and asked them to fix the same, but in different colors. When I came back, I got them with a completely different shape and bad package, at a more expensive price. Basically, I didn't tell you that price! And when I asked him why he changed the shape, he says I created you and gave you a better idea!
Their treatment is not professional at all and they don't have bills!
When I gave him the gift to wrap it, I told him to give me a bill because I'm going back and he said what he needs and when you insisted, write me with a plain paper, but it has the logo of the shop!!
I don't go back to the store despite its convenient location for me!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ للاسف جيت اغلف هديه وعطيته اختياري ورحت اسحب كاش ولما رجعت ما اعجبني التنسيق ابد وقلتله عادي اغير قال عادي خذي راحتك مرة .. وقمت اختار الورد واقول حط هذا ووو ولما خلص فاجأني بانه طلب سعر اكثر من الي اتفقنا عليه قلت انا متفقه معك من الاول واستأذنتك وقلت عادي اغير وقلتا عادي!!!! مفروض عطيتني خبر انك بترفع علي السعر ... مرة انقهرت ولما ناقشته طنشني عشاني حرمه وقام يتكلم مع الرجال واقوله انا اكلمك وسفهني دفعتله المبلغ ورحت .. اول محل ورد يسوي فيني كذا صراحه ما انصح فيه ابد تنسيقهم سيء واذا غيرته ياخذ عليك مبلغ يعني يعجبك ما يعجبك خذة ...
