★ ★ ★ ★ ★ الغرفة سيئة جدا لا من ناحية تبريد ولا الازعاج اي احد يسكر باب تحسه عند اذنك المراتب غير مريحة الاستقبال عطيتهم خبر اني الخروج الساعة ٣ لاني داخل ١ الليل فا مابغى احد يصحيني مع ذلك الساعة ١ وهو مصحيني

نظافة وتعامل والافضل الباركنق يطلعك ع الشقه مباشره
السعر معقول جداً وجميل مقارنه بالجوده
راح ازورهم مستقبلاً بكل ثقه ع الرغم من اني اجي عشان مستشفى التخصصي وبعيد بس الشقق مغريه بالسعر والنظافه غرفة كبيره ب 185 وبالتوفيق للجميع

موظفين الاستقبال غير احترافيين تعاملهم جاف وغير مهنيين. الأجنبي يتركني لكي يذهب يسخن أكله. ويكلم صاحبه في التلفون. والسعودي عندما أتيت للحديث معه (حاط رجل على رجل) وللأسف الثوب مرتفع حتى بان فخذه. ينقصهم الاتيكيت الفندقي. ولطف التعامل والمرونة.
الغرفة جيدة لابأس لكن الحمام بدون مروحة ويوجد رائحة منبعثة منه. باقي الخدمات لم اجربها. اقمت يوم واحد واضطررت لتغيير المكان لعدم الارتياح فيه.

The room is ok but the bathroom is without fan and there is a smell coming from it. The rest of the services I did not try. Stayed one day and had to change location due to being uncomfortable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ اسوء شقه سكنت فيها المفروض يهتمون بذي التفاصيل الستاره طايحه من الساعه 6الضوء في وجهي صداع والسرير غير مريح صوت ازعاج الشارع الحسنه الوحيده فيها ان ارضيه الغرفه مفروشه فقط 270ريال حرام فيها الحمام فيه ريحه كريهه
The worst apartment I have ever lived in. They are supposed to take care of these details. The curtain fell from 6 o'clock. The light in my face was a headache and the bed was uncomfortable. The noise of the street noise. The only good thing about it is that the floor of the room is furnished only for 270 riyals. It is forbidden. The bathroom has an unpleasant smell.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ حاجزة على بوكينق من اسبوع وكلمتهم قبل وصولي بليلة لتأكيد الحجز وتبليغهم بوصولي بدري وطبعا قالوا لي كل شي جاهز ومضبط
لما دخلت الرياض الساعة 8:30 الصباح اتصلت تقريبا 8 مرات ما أحد رد علي .. وصلت عندهم مالقيت احد بالريسبشن لما ناديت طلع لي واحد بنقالي منتفخ وجهه من النوم وقال لي الدخول بعد الساعة 2 فقلت له انا متصلة امس ومبلغتكم قال ما عندي خبر والغرف مش جاهزة
طبعا اجراءات الدخول اخذت ساعة تقريبا ?
أخيرا دخلت لشقة مختلفة عن اللي طلبتها
لقيت الحمام يسرب ماي و الثلاجة فيها أغراض للناس اللي قبلي
اخترتها لموقعها ولكن هذي اخر مرة اتعامل معهم
أتمنى فعلا تكون الخدمة والتعامل والنظافة لائقة لتتناسب مع موقع الشقق الجميل والقريب من الخدمات وغرناطة مول
I have been on Booking for a week and I spoke to them one night before my arrival to confirm the reservation and inform them of my arrival early, and of course they told me everything was ready and in order.
When I entered Riyadh at 8:30 in the morning, I called almost 8 times, and no one answered me. I'm not ready
Of course, the check-in process took about an hour
Finally, I entered a different apartment than the one I requested
I found the bathroom leaking water and the fridge had things for the people before me
I chose them for their location, but this is the last time I deal with them
I really hope that the service, handling and cleanliness are decent to match the beautiful location of the apartments and close to services and Granada Mall

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked through booking with non-refundable booking then we didn’t like the room and checked out half an hour later, unfortunately it was not refundable. The hotel refused to refund but it my mistake!
