★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Teach your Receptionist some manners. Instead of greeting & welcoming, the receptionist (Indian /Bengali descent) looked us with disgrace & started yelling at us just because he was having difficulty in counting number of people and credit cards.
Its a polite request to hire receptionist who are not frustrated , demotivated & have at least diploma in Hotel management so they know the basics of etiquette,manners & people management.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jan 2019: This time the is being renovated and works are ongoing so the place is very noisy. Food and beverages are basic. The big concern is that the smoking area on top floor and the whole place is packed with smoke and very smelly. Smoking must be banned in lounge.
Nov 2018: The only available option for business travelers but with very poor options for food and beverages. Also no proper electricity outlets next to seat they are in corner far away from any seating. I'm standing next to my mobile phone to charge for the past 30min. These people haven't heard of USB outlets!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lounge is old and has not gone through any refurbishment for the past 4 years at least. The food quality is not great and remains the same. I believe that the lounge needs some attention and upgrade. I rated it 3 because of the staff.
