★ ★ ★ ★ ★ الفرع الوحيد ببريده ما اعجبني الحقيقه من ناحية الخدمات يعتبر بدائي،يعني جهاز الخدمه الذاتيه المفترض يوفر اقل شي ٣ ،الموظفين ما فيه الا وحده خدمة العملاء وما عليها كويسه من ناحية احترام العميل ،الوضوح يعني توضح بعض التفاصيل هذا النقطه افتقدتها في بنك الراجحي موظفات الراجحي اغلبهن تسحب الكلام منها سحب ،طبعاً انا عميل جديد ما جربت جميع الخدمات لكن مبادئياً ماشي حاله
 The only branch in Buraydah, I didn’t like the fact that in terms of services, it is considered primitive, meaning the self-service device is supposed to provide the least 3, the employees only have a customer service unit and it is not good in terms of respect for the customer, clarity means some details explain this point I missed in Al Rajhi Bank, Al Rajhi employees Most of them withdraw their words from them, of course, I am a new customer, I have not tried all the services, but in principle, nothing is the case
