★ ★ ★ ★ ★ اسواء فرع نسائي شفته صراحه اتمنى يكون فيه تحسن بالتعامل وسرعه الانجاز والرد السريع على الهاتف ما كأن فيه موظفات اصلاً

وموظفين مجتهدين ونعم فيهم بس قليل عددهم كارفينهم
وظفو ناس أكثر الله يصلحكم
رصونااااا رصة مو طبيعية عشان موضوع ماياخذ خمس دقايق اخذت رقم الساعه 10:37 دقيقة ومازلت انتظر الى الآن الساعه 11:53
عدد موظفين قليل جداااا

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ مصرف الإنماء فرع الصفراء بحكم إني من ذوي الأحتياجات الخاصة رفضو إن انزل من السيارة وقالوا تنزل لك الموظفة
لكن حصل إن خدمة اصدار البطاقات متعطل فقالوا اذهبوا لفرع الريان وهناك للأسف تم رفض خروج الموظفة وطلبو نزولي للمصرف والمصيبة إن المنحدر الموجود غير آمن غير مناسب احتجت اكثر من شخص للمساعدة حتى اطلع معه
فنتمنى النظر في وضعه وإعادة تهيئته من جديد بشكل أفضل وأسهل وآمن لمستخدميه
وأنا اتكلم عن مدخل الفرع النسائي
فلو قدر الله على عميله إن تحضر لوحدها بكرسيها الكهربائي فمستحيل إن تدخل للفرع
فهل نجد تجاوب سريع من أجل عملاء المصرف من ذوي الأحتياجات الخاصة

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ نصيحتي لا تروحون لهم و لا تفتحون حساب على قروشتهم
الفرع النسائي رحت بفتح حساب و بنقل راتبي عندهم لكن تعامل جدا سيئ تنفخ و هي تتكلم معك
قبل جيتهم قبل و رجعتن عشان مامعي الهويه و قلت افتحه لك بالجوال و رفضت
و جيتهم اليوم و بالباب وقفتنا و قلنا بنفتح حساب و رفضت
قالت روحي اونلاين و افتحي حساب
قلت بفتح هنا و عندي اشياء بستفسر عنه
قالت معليش روحي و زينه و اذا ماضبط معك خوذي صوره و تعالي نرفعه للاداره و نفتح لك حساب ( طبعا تتكلم باسلوب ينرفز ) غير انه صار قروشه فتح الحساب عندهم و قلت له خلاص ماراح افتح قالت مع السلامه
بتخسر بنككم الحمد لله
و كنسلت الفكره من الاساس و طلعت
مايبن يخدمون احد ابد

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ موظفين خدومين وتعاملهم جداً راقي لكن وقت الانتظار جداً طويل جلست ساعه ونص عشان احدث تاريخ انتهاء الهوية فقط!! البنوك الثانية ماياخذ منك دقيقتين عبر التطبيق. فيه مشكلة اعتقد بالارقام فيه ناس تاخذ رقم ثم يجي دورها قبلي
