رفضوا يدخلوني مع اني اخذ الجرعة الأولى من اللقاح.
يقول لازم تكون محصن.

انتظار يتجاوز الساعه مع العلم انني عميل مميز للبنك و يتضح من رقم الانتظار المرفق بالصوره
ولا وصل دوري علما انه لا يوجد سوا عميلين اخرين في كامل البنك لا مزيه لديهم كونك عميل مميز او لا وحتى الرقم الموحد تم رفع فيه عدة شكوى بهذا الخصوص ولا نتائج مرضيه
لا انصح بالتعامل معه
والبدائل كثيره

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is not good place and bank both i was go there to get my card they waste my time almost 1 hour then after they told me there is card machine not working and the customer service first counter he was angry on me just because i ask him where is your another bank they have no respect to how talk with people and guide need to more improvement
Then after that i was go another safra branch they also waste my time 1 hour then my token number was came then the saudi guy he said later go and he bring another one guy then said to him go counter what a rubbish service this bank i saw first time not good like that behaviour with consumer very bad service.....
