وفيه ملاحظة جداً خطيرة قدر الله ان المستاجرين شباب لو كانوا عائلة كان صارت مشكلة بسبب سوء تصرف فرد بالمنشأة.
وهي لما الرسيبشن يسمح لنفسه ويفتح باب الشقة بحجة ان موعد الخروج حان طيب تمام حتى لو دقيت الباب او الجوال وفرضا نايم وماقام اعطيه مهلة ساعه وعاود الاتصال واذا ما في استجابة خلاص احسب على المستأجر يوم جديد وانتهينا.
لابد يكون فيه ناس تفهم هذا الموضوع حتى لا يصير سوء فهم لاحقا.
