ماعدا مواقف السيارات مليئة بالقمامات وخاصة في الاركان

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ المكان سىء جدا مافي نظافه والاثاث وصخ ومكسر والشقق كلها صراصير وساخه لابعد الحدود ولافي اي اهتمام كل همهم انك تدفع الاجار وانت باطقاق حتى لو طلبت شي بالعافيه يسوونه لك نصيحه لوجه الله لاتفكروا تدخلوها نهائيا

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ سيئة جدا لأبعد الحدود. حاجز، لديهم قبل شهر وعند الإستلام ابواب مكسسره كوالين لايوجد كنب متسخ حمامات مغبره وسخان لايعمل أسره مغبره ومليانه بويه وغبار لايوجد مكرويف. بالمطبخ والبرتغاز الكهربائي لايعمل ثلاجات متكسره ابوابها تجاوب سيء من الموظف المصري والسوداني. اللي متعاونين موظفين النظافه فقط لكن مافي يدهم شي لأن إدارتهم فاشششلة ومتهربة. وغير متعاونه مع النزلاء لاحظت وجود لموظف سعودي صوريا لايهش ولاينش واضح ان وجوده سعودة غير سعةدي اخر يبدو إنه طفل مدرى إشلون مشغلين اطفال بالمكان/الشي الجيد موقعها شارع ممتليء خدمات. ويبدو ان هناك اعمال صيانة للمكان نأمل بعد شهر أن يكون وضعه أفضل اتمنى ان صاحب المكان يقرأ التعليق ويهتم بسمعة مكانه. لأني الشي اللي إستلمناه امس كان كارثي بكل المقايسسسسسسسسسسس مع تجاوب بطيء مع الموظفين المسؤلين عن المكان اذا تهمك سمعة المكان إلحق حلالك وعين لك إدارة تعرف تشغل المكان بشكل أفضل من اللي موجودين الأن ولو ماتهمك خلك عليهم

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ سيئة جدا. جدا جدا. اثاث متهالك وقديم ومغبر مكيفات قديمة كنب اقل من عادي أثاث الصالة سيء جدا التلفاز قديم ومغبشش وفوق كل هذا إدارة أجنبية مصرية وسودانية مدري وين مكتب العمل عنهم؟، الشيء الجيد إن الشارع شارع خدمات فقط غير كذا ماتستاهل حتى20ريال إيجار يومي الممرات مظلمة بدون اي إنارة. لايوجد اي لمسة مصممي ديكور بالمكان يحتاج لهم إعادة هيكلة لكل شي إذا ارداو النجاح والتطور
