★ ★ ★ ★ ★ الشقق متهالكة و تحتاج إلى تجديد بشكل عاجل.. واضح انها مهملة جداً .. المصعد عطلان و الجدران متسخة تحتاج الئ دهان و دورة المياه وضعها مزري.. الكرسي الفرنجي وصخ و مكسور و المغسلة تهرب و الاثاث بشكل عام مهترئ.. الايجابية الوحيدة المفارش كانت نظيفة و مرتبة السرير نوعها جيد لا بأس به..
