Good, near to masjid e haraam. Cheap and good for medium class people.

I am now here but I did only 3 stars because here is no free WiFi connection.But is very near to kaaba and it is very good.Please give free WiFi in floor 6.

This hotel is located very near to Holy Haram; hence I recommend this. Also, rooms look clean, tidy and still affluent. Stay happy! ?

A very good hotel to stay under budget.. especially when you are in a group of four.. just 1.5 km away from centre of the Great Al Haram Mosque.

worst hotel ever, cannot call it hotel . horrible service .i was wet with water coming from the AC into my bed and called the guy and done nothing just left the plastic bag under the AC and left the room. I have many to say about this so called hotel. and by the way, it is not that close to the Haram as they told us.

This review is not about my hajj, it's about the accommodation, what was promised and not delivered and disorganization of Ainul Haramain Travel Inc.,. My hajj was perfectly fine Alhumdullilah. This was my worst hotel expereience ever. There is no phones in the hotel rooms and hotel has no wheel chair access(Entrance). Lift(elevator) is very small and ancient. Wheel chair would not fit in the lift(elevator) unless its close and then it barely fits in. Lift(elevator) is very slow and had to use the stairs alot instead. Lift is dangerous, there is a plastic sensor which does not have wide range, so watch out for kids and elderly, it will close on you. My room air condition was not working and then it was fixed later in the next day. Bathroom is really small and old. Water is hot, becuase there is a water tank on top of the roof. Be ready to take hot showers and ready to use balti(no head shower) for baths etc. Toilet, shower and sink in one Tiny place. Breakfast luch dinner no fix time most of the time food is late.(Pakistani style). And the hotel is not close to the haram (khaba) as it was told. This hotel is not on the same site as Clock Tower hotel. It's is on opposite side. They have another hotel which is also the same side as this hotel, which I also think is not as good as other hotels. The hotel in Medina (Sofara Al Huada) was much better. It is harder for people who are towing wheel chair for their parents etc. I would say it is about 15 mins walk(not a straight walk). Some inclination and declination plus pathway is not paved. No concrete. The reason this place has greater than 3 stars review at some sites its becuase people choosing the wrong hotel for the review and some of Ainul Haramain Travel Inc.'s own employee praising the company and accommodation.

Rooms are big with 4 & 5 bed sharing. But 1 prob they dont provide drinking water in hotel or in room. Haram shareef is very near only 3 to 4 min by walking. But due to construction in haram its a bit long now.

Price quite reasonable and safe too. Customer service 1* Price 4* Room size 3* It’s ok.
