★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Salam alaikum, the hotel is about 650 meters from haram gate 25 of mawra, clean with correct standards, not really made for old people because about fifty steps component the stair which leads to the hotel as in the picture, think about it because even for me its became hard after few days of go-return betwen haram and hotel, hoping this helps you and the All Might GOD bless you and accepts your omra and Haj, Peace from algeria,

Staff is really welcoming and supportive.

Rooms too small, room service - TERRIBLE.
Restaurant - Looks like a Military Mess.
Food - Salad with dried up lettuce, Tomatoes half smudgy. and dried up.
Juices and drinks NOT cooled.
Management - speaks only Arabic and NOBODY seems to be Responsible.
For a 3* Hotel - The WORST I've seen anywhere during my Travels throughout the World.
Its a great PITY that such a Hotel exists in SAUDI ARABIA.
A SHAME. ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is nice but the location is very confusing it's on the Gaza flyover not below it.the entrance is on the flyover it self. If you reading via walk then there is walk way to reach but if by car be careful dont follow google and go down the ramp .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible place. Will never recommend. They promised us a new room and never gave me one. Also don’t give CLEAN towels, CLEAN pillows, CLEAN sheets and lots more. Again do not ever come here please save you the headache. Also no Wifi at all.
