Pretty far from Haram - takes 15 mins to reach Abdullah expansion by brisk walking

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ By far the worst 5 star hotel i have stayed at firstly we arrived on the 9th of April which was the date we had a booked the hotel for upon arrival we was advised that we cannot check in till 5pm which was really inconvenient also food is terrible this place is definitely not 5 stars i would say its 3 stars also its 20 to 25mins away from harram walking wise which is another inconvenience so bear that in mind before booking

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worset experience ever. They gave me a card key for a room that already occupied. Then they gave me an other one that was not working. Bad management. Bad housekeeping. Bad costumer service. Bad and bad ….
Do not try it pls pls pls.
One star is only for location which is a bit far from Haram but within walkable distance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst hotel I’ve ever been to. I was just there two days ago, the hotel is super dirty, there is hair everywhere, terrible smell, very dusty. Even the room key doesn’t work properly. I go to the reception 3 times until it’s working. They denied me access to enter breakfast because I’m not carrying a card!! This is 2022!! You should ask my name and room number and check this information in your system, like all hotels do. Also they don’t have WiFi they literally said to me it’s not working currently, and they call them selves 5-star hotel!! It’s also very far you have to talk 15-20 minutes to reach Al Haram. I had the worst experience and I don’t wish anyone to go through these especially when you are planning to have peaceful time for Omrah!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The rooms are clean and they have good conditioning system but the area around is quite noisy and the rooms don't block out much of the noise from outside... And the washrooms were clean but they can be maintained better...overAll it was an ok experience!
