★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is not very clean and the smell of the rooms is bad..They also mentioned that there is breakfast and mini bar but there is nothing.. the only good point about it is that it is close to Haram.

Cooling Good.
NO Wifi in room, only In Lobby.
No crockery and electric cattle,
No tissue , even no availability on demand.
Towels available on demand.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The one and only positive point of this hotel is it's location. Masjid (Mosque) Nabavi (PBUH) is almost 5 min walking distance from Hotel.
Mostly everyone were unprofessional and highly uncooperative not willing to help, from dirty bed sheets to smelly bathroom everything were unpleasant that feels uncomfortable.
I stayed here in Feb 2019 which is not peak season, so in full reason like Ramadan & Hajj I can foresee that things will get worse than this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3 stars only because it's closer to Al-Haram. They don't give proper service; you need to request them 3-4 to clean the restrooms, get towels and also for changing bed sheets. Definitely not a good place to live unless you want to visit and be closer to Masjid e Nabawi ﷺ which is 5mins walk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location is very good because it is near to the mosque of Prophet Mohammed Peace upon him but everything else is so bad, the main problem here is that the rooms are not good related to the prices and the smell there is disgusting and maybe it'll be 5 stars if you book there just to sleep and they clean the rooms! Not recommended outside seasons like Ramadan or haj
