1. The place mentioned for apartment in my booking and the place where they took me from airport ar different
2. The package clearly mentioned that 10 rooms for 10 guest but they gave only 5
3. Rooms doesn't have any kind of facilities like no sufficient blankets. No soaps in washrooms. No towels. Nothing
4. Even for 1 tea you need to ask them 10 times
5.no response from the staff
Mentioned on their package that it's an 3 star apartment and suites but the facilities are not even similar to an 1star or 2star hotels its like an lodge
