h	husham babiker on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ الخدمات عادية والسعر معقول، اذا مامعك سيارة تحتاج تخرج للشارع العام علشان تحصل تكسي. The services are normal and the price is reasonable. If you have a car, you need to go out to the main street in order to get a taxi.

It means you sit for 4 hours, but to take a shower of water, dotting point by point

However, we had an issue that prevented our stay at the hotel from being pleasant: upon arrival, we were told that we had to pay for the room (other than the payment made through Airbnb when we booked the room using this platform) because of some problem that they said they had when receiving the money from Airbnb. That sounded strange to us, but paying them outright seemed the only way to access the room. They said the money we paid to Airbnb would be returned. It was after that (I wish I had seen it before) that we saw the following review on Google: "Be careful of you book through airbnb. they might ask you to pay twice promising to cancel aurbnb reservation but never did." We contacted Airbnb support, and after waiting days and having to send them payment receipts, etc., and also after arguing with the hotel staff, and finally with the manager, Airbnb finally gave us our money back. As I said, all of this prevented us from having a comfortable stay at this hotel. Another reason was that some little cockroaches, from time to time, visit the room. They are not many, nor do they seem harmful, but it is not nice to see them in your room, is it?

WIFI very slow. When askednfor towels only bring one VERY WORN, kitchen not clean with nothing but couple glasses, no shower tub or curtain, bed sheets are worn out. Trash left in the pin.
