★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly, I was shock of the sanitary and the smell of the place. The place is awful is not clean and it smell so bad. I swear I saw an orange dogs while they were supposed to be white. I took my dog for shower and haircut but I couldn’t. I left the place with no regrets and never coming back. It’s not believable that you talk about humanity and adoption although the place has 0 mercy and humanity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the worst clinic ever! i’m forever disappointed. the vet wasn’t professional and didn’t treat my pet right. i brought my very sick pet there knowing what he suffers from i just needed the right treatment at that point and i didn’t get any. the vet wasn’t clear with what he does and only explained to me my pet’s clear issues that i already told the vet about and was why i needed the check up for lol!! without telling me how to treat my pet then proceeded to make me pay a lot for nothing.
i’d rather pay for a quick google research than go there

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible place with zero hygiene. Very brutal way of showering the cats. No organisation whatsoever and very bad service. They took my cat for grooming claiming a maximum wait time of 1.5 hrs, I waited for 3 hours and got upstairs to check up on the shower procedure just to find out they literally pour water on the head including the ears! Never bring your pets here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Mufdi is an amazing veterinarian who showed a lot of genuine concern for my dog. He answered all of my questions and concerns despite not them being related to the original concern of our visit. Very friendly, professional, and trustworthy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our pets are priceless indeed but their products sure do have a price. Their service was good, the employee was helpful, and they have a wide variety of options to choose from in regards to pet products. However, be prepared to spend at this place. To be fair most pet stores are like this. If you want pet products for a more reasonable price you should visit Al-Hindawiya district.
