تحس اللي يسوي البوكيه يتعلموا في المرتين
اللي كانوا هنا المره اللي فاتت من 6 شهور غير موجودين الان
البوكيه من يد ليد ( ثلاث اشخاص يسووه كل واحد يعدل على الاخر )
ليه اكثر من نصف ساعه ولسى والله ماخلصوا
Honestly, the second time Ijie and very very bad.
You feel the one who settles the bouquet, they learn twice
Those who were here the last time 6 months ago are not present now
Bouquet from the hand of the hand (three people equal each one is equal to the other)
Why have more than half an hour?

الاستاذ خالد وعدنا بتعديل وتغيير الزينة المتفق عليها من ٣ اسابيع لكنه لم يعاود الاتصال او الرد ..

I had a bad experience !!
My evaluation is zero... Bad behavior from the staff, lack of commitment to deadlines, ugly decoration, very exaggerated prices without quality
Mr. Khaled promised us to modify and change the decorations agreed upon 3 weeks ago, but he did not return the call or reply..
Last deal with them, God willing
I don't recommend this shop at all!!

They had promised me and told me not to go to any other store and this is what there response is . Such a bad customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like their creativeness but they lack service. They’ll say it’ll take 30mins for the balloons and yet i waited for 2hrs. And went back again to give a chance, they said it’ll take 15mins for the bouquet order but then it took literally 1hr. It’s too SLOW. Just be honest with the waiting time! Never going back again. So disappointing.
