★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the only place I go to for my cat, Caroll Shelby. [But from what I see on file, they think her name is Shalaby:'( ]...long story short, every single time I go, I wait for the negative vibes you get in all vet clinics in Jeddah to kick in..until this instant, nothing! They've passed my test. There's this simple laid back way about everyone that works there, the way it should be..this is coming from someone from Cape Town - a city with European standards, attitudes and treatments towards animals...and again, her name's Shelby! Like in the designer of the Mustang Shelby, Caroll Shelby lolll

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ MyPet clinic has very professional and helpful staff. The Vets are all very knowledgeable and work gently with the animals. I took a injured street cat to MyPet clinic, and because the cat was a street cat - they gave me a large discount and managed the cats condition very well. MyPet is much better than a lot of other vets in Jeddah.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly recommended! 5star is not enough to rate the service of this place. The doctors are very kind and nice. I really appreciate their efforts to treat my sick furbaby. Even the assistants who handle my aggressive furbaby are so nice. They know what to do. And at the same time they are very careful and gentle on handling my aggressive cat. Mostly, they offer cheap and affordable prices for all their treatments and services. Hands down to the doctors and all the staff. I am now confident to go back to this place over and over again without worrying about the service and fee.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This vet clinic is actually very well equipped and established, the staff and the veterinarians are friendly and professional the store shop has a variety of pet food and supplies and the doctors themselves are kind caring and most importantly knowledgeable which is more than I could say than the other clinic on the same street, cons if any are steep prices there is a slight tendency to upsell you on tests and medicine, so I'd take your pet there if u want urgent care or a good diagnosis but go a bit south if u want to save a riyal on regular check-up and routine vaccinations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took our very weak 3-week old kitten to this clinic and I was very impressed with the way they handled pets with so much tender loving care. Even the receptionist is very polite and welcoming despite the number of customers.
The place is very clean and has a very good accommodating atmosphere.
The doctor is very informative and gentle to the kitten.
What impressed me more is the price! It’s very much fair, reasonable and affordable. I definitely recommend this clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a friendly environment and simple ambience of this clinic. Took my turtle for the health certificate. Dr Amel did thorough checking and asked questions about it. And the clinic is not costly at all.
Those are concerned if the turtles will be treated and provided the health certificate, or course. I recommend all the readers to take their pets to this place. Wish them good luck for the future.
