โ โ โ โ โ During my window shopping in the show room i experienced this move has been done by the show room manager while I was checking the cars I open the door and I have a seat the moment I stepped out of the vehicle the show room manager start locking all the vehicle so I don't take a look at it what a beautiful and amazing guest service and experience that was provided by him honestly this is not standing for the standards of porches client services. So disappointed that he is the showroom manager not a perfect fit.

โ โ โ โ โ The worst customer service in the luxurious cars dealership. Wait a sec, Iโm note done yet?, I came to buy and the greeter person at the door asked me to set on the professional dealer table. I sat on the table, however she didnโt greet me and kept clicking the keyboard until I asked for an inquiry. Iโm not done yet?, I asked couple of questions and her responds were limited to the questions and showed the unwillingness to help. I walked away and purchased from different dealership different car ?

You feel like shopping for cloth not a luxury car. Staff needs a hell of training on how to sell cars. Huge difference between my experience few years ago and now
This is a clear indication for the level of after sale service you will get. Donโt blame anyone later for that but yourself because it is very obvious

โ โ โ โ โ The car is amazing .. the brand is great but stay away โฆ the after sales service is pathetic โฆ buying a Porsche was biggest mistake in my life โฆ it has issues and for each issue they take months to fix โฆ nowadays the car is mostly with them โฆ and the service for those works is pathetic โฆ people not knowing anything in customer service work there โฆ they believe in zero customer satisfaction and respect โฆ donโt buy a Porsche โฆ spend that money on something which pleases u and not something which always spoils ur mood

โ โ โ โ โ I was contemplating to visit to avoid the usual disappointment, and boy was I right. I circled around the showroom, no one came to assist me and few varieties of the product line up are displayed. I had a better experience in the $1 shop. Donโt waste your time or money.
