Kept asking for more paperwork, I handed it over and ended up with him giving me his card and told me to come back another time. Pity, I was looking forward to my new car but I guess I'll take my business elsewhere

When we visit they will nobody to explain when we try calling them on call and ask no answer. @ Hyundai i just 1 thing what you saw and gave them a franchise. Please revoke or else you will lose your permanent customer..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a Western expat, don’t expect high quality or friendly service. I would recommend always taking along an Arabic speaking friend, and you will then get what you need. And if you’re buying a new car, you will need to take along more documents than you’re asked for - so expect multiple visits. New car delivery is fast, but don’t expect everything ready. Don’t expect anything to be explained to you. Don’t expect the car to have anything more than a few litres of fuel. And driving your new car out of their underground car park - with an extremely narrow and steep exit - isn’t the ideal way to experience your shiny new car!

No test drives allowed at any point before purchase.
Cannot show or even tell where are the cars with different colours in their other showrooms.
Nobody cares to pickup customer phone calls, there's no dedicated customer service number.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sweaty and tired salesman (reasonable as he was alone), no supervisor to see what is happening in the Showroom, finance people leaving ahead of time, only the Rajhi representative was a light in the darkness of the Showroom, one salesman for 4 customers, really I don't know how in 2021 people still run their business like this, only positive things was it was clean and had easy parking, anything related with the staff inside is below average.
