For major service have to go exit 28
Out of city
Very bad that UMA don't have any major service centre in city centre
UMA needs to expand it service centre in Riyadh
For me it will take 1 HR to reach to exit 28 as I
M at exit 8
Also UMA service Zero on Saturday TOOOO bad
For a job persons they shall have service centre open for Saturday

Big workshop
All varieties with variants of most of the vehicles available to show and experience
Staff are helpfull but not deeply knowledgeable of the technical aspects of car
Insurance and processing staff is not efficient
Chevrolet are not very high tech card

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited the showroom only, ok place, not welcoming but quick service, provided the car test as scheduled and gave me time to check all what I want in the car, the only sales person was kind of not interested but the worker was helpful enough,
the finance office is quiet expensive compared to other places and the guy working in it didn’t have all answers - not much different compared to other showrooms though
