It was not my first priority to replace my backup car, but honestly, after the great experience I encountered, I changed my mind and decided to do it now and buy an Audi!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really had an exceptional experience! Mr.Mohd Aref, the showroom salesman, was so kind & professional in handling my needs! He fights for me till the end!
I was almost going to buy a BMW, but he managed to convince me to stay with Audi..
The secret simply was honesty..
I bought a new Q3 stander , after 2 days I received a call from Mr Aref informing me that a small scratch happened to the car, he gave me all the options: total refund, free fixation, free car protection package, changing to another car with exclusive discounts!! I choose the last one and get a great deal , A4 prestige edition!!!
If Audi have multiple employees like Mr.Aref, they will be the winners.
