★ ★ ★ ★ ★ الموظف يفتقد مهارة التعامل مع العملاء ويفتقر المهنية، لم يطلعني كعميل لسياسة الاستبدال والاسترجاع،و يفترض عليه كبائع الاشارة عليها قبل اتمام البيع وحجته كانت ان السياسيه ملصقه وليس عليه تنبيه العميل مع ذلك لم يشير اليها، واساء إلي بالكلام..
علماً انه تم الاسترجاع دون فتح او تجربة المنتج
اتمنى من المالك مراجعه الموظف وعليه الاهتمام بالعملاء بشكل لبق أكثر

Note that the product was returned without opening or trying the product
I hope the owner will review the employee and he should take care of customers in a more tactful manner
