โ โ โ โ โ I went with my wife to buy a DVD player. After selecting one, she inquired about the replacement and return policy and was informed that any open item canโt be returned or exchanged unless it is faulty, then it can be replaced with the same item with in a week. My wife asked to see the display of the policy. All of a sudden the salesman asked his colleague to take the merchandise back to the storeroom. Then told us if you want to see the policy come tomorrow we will display it for you. I told him he was rude for removing the merchandise and refusing to sell to us, he didnโt think he was being rude and wouldnโt agree that he was in violation of MOC directives to display the return and exchange policy and all he would say that it was a new store and they havenโt display it yet.
Unprofessional and unacceptable behavior.
