Once you purchase the car they never deliver it on the agreed time. Expect a delay of few weeks.

Alfa Romeo I was excited for petromin to take over from the previous dealer. However the experience was poor from the beginning. The negotiation was very poor on the cash price of the car. The delivery date was postponed and the car took many many days to be registered. The PDI was horrible, I drove the car home with 65psi in the tires! (This is a safety hazard) Many accessories were not installed. No one bothered to give me a tutorial on the car. The dash was still in Italian! I even asked if the PDI was performed, and I was assured that it was and the car was ready to go. It was clear that the only thing they did was take the car off shipping mode. Now 4 months later and the car is at 10k and I wanted to take it for the first service. 1- only auto mall has parts 2- you can't take appointments 3- if you come after 10 am they don't receive the car, you have to be there early (8 am) 4- Service manager is not taking responsibility 5- service reception employees are nice and trying to help (Shame what management is putting them through) I brought this Alfa Romeo Stelvio over a BMW X3 (similar money), however you'll receive none of the premium brand service with petromin and Stellantis! So my car is at 10,000km and I will be fighting for my spot on Saturday morning ? Do I regret the Alfa? No, but I regret dealing with petromin. Will NEVER recommend Stellantis cars until this mess is under control. Sad for a brand like Alfa Romeo to be under the control of such mess. One of the best driving cars you can ever buy. Oh one last thing, my battery failed twice in the last 4 months and I will ask for it to be replaced (well known issue in the forums online), let's see how it goes. ZERO STAR IF POSSIBLE

The worst experience,, the person in charge of the maintenance team “Mr. Muhammad Khlifat” is such a passive person. The team shows irresponsibility and sense of ignorance. They keep the customer in the shadow. They don’t have a security camera in the office which means in case they didn’t keep their promise there is no record of that. On the other hand, the head of the training was a bit more understanding and tried to meet in the middle “Mr. Azmi” unfortunately, he is not directly related to the maintenance team,, Overall, I think measures should be taken against this maintenance team

If I could give it a negative rating I would’ve; just to get the point across I’ll be writing this review in Arabic & in English just to save a poor soul from purchasing a car from this dealership. In fact the experience has been so negative this is my very first review, I usually never bother making reviews because there has never been an experience as bad as this one. -so my parents purchase a Fiat 500, while I understand that vehicles tend to age with time however within half a year the windows motor broke down, I took it to maintenance, they tell me that the parts aren’t available so I wait for about three months… they “fix” it only for it to break down in around 2 days , so I take it to the maintenance again. What do you know? It breaks down again. And this time the maintenance they double down and blame me for it, well first of all -1-how -2- I’m always at the drivers seat never at the passengers So I took it on the chin and they make me pay for it (and even when I did pay it still breaks down) Now the current situation is my car battery is completely dead and they’re charging me around a 1100 for it, and you want wheels? Forget it they don’t even have them in supply So whatever car parts YOU NEED you’ll never get just forget about it I’ll make an Arabic review soon aswell ‏الله يسامحك يا بو أنس
