★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a quick one! I hope their hotline customer service agents knew this in the beginning that i need to go to this office to complete the process. They just kept on telling me, "go to the bank, they will give u your claim!" But in the end, i need to get something from this branch before going to the bank!
