تقييمي لخدمة العملاء:
١-سرعة التعامل مع العميل ١٠/٦
٢-دقة المعلومات المقدمة من الموظفين لا بأس بها.
٣-اسلوب التسويق لديهم ضعيف ويحتاجون تدريب اكثر وتحسين في المظهر بشكل عام وتطوير في فن التعامل مع العملاء.
فيما يخص المركبات:
١-المنظر جميل وتعطي احساس بالقوة والمتانة.
٢- قمت بتجربة السيارة Maxus D60
وكانت التجربةكالتالي:
١-المظهر الخارجي روعه ومتوافق مع بقية تصاميم بقية الشركات الصينية.
٢- قوة المحرك وسرعة الاستجابة فيها سيئة للغاية وتحتاج تحسين.
٣. هناك اصوات داخل المركبة وعند سؤال الموظف لم يكن لديه اي معلومة مفيده عن ذلك.
٤. لا انصح بشرائها حتى يتم الاتفاق على جودتها.

وبعد الوصول الى فرع الاوتو مول بعد قطع مسافه اكثر من ٨٠ كيلو في نهار رمضان والوصول على الموعد المحدد
اخبرتني الموظفه..
سيارة التجربه اخذها الموظف
وبعدها اخبرتني انها في الصيانه وغير متاحه للتجربه
للأسف لم يتم احترام وقت العميل ولا التزاماته..
شركة مستجده على السوق اتمنى ان تتمكن من كسب ثقة العميل..
